Mentorship is a space for you to focus solely on your recovery, healing, or goals without digging into the past. Mentorship can be a great transition from traditional therapy for those looking to continue receiving support in moving forward and achieving goals, without the deep processing provided in therapy. If you are looking for an alternative to traditional therapy—a place to problem solve, manage obstacles and triggers, and plan for relapse prevention, I strongly encourage you to give this a try.

Meal-time mentorship:

In addition, I also offer mentorship support around meal times. During meal times, we can work together to utilize effective emotion regulation and coping skills to manage emotions around food and meal times. We can also use this time to try new and or fear foods.

mentorship timeline includes:

  • an initial 60 minute connection session (in person or virtually) where I will gather important information about you, your goals, and your strengths

  • weekly check-ins (30, 45, or 60 minutes—your preference)

  • mentorship timeframe usually spans across 3-6 months

investment:

  • 30 minute sessions—$75

  • 45 minute sessions—$100

  • 60 minute sessions—$125

  • These prices also include text messaging support in between session if needed
